JAKARTA, Agung Intiland News - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and PT Bangun Laksana Persada are strengthening their strategic synergy thru a series of activities including a courtesy visit and the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) at the Agung Intiland Marketing Gallery, located at Jalan Pantai Indah Selatan 1 Blok DC No. 08–10, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, on December 4, 2025.
The visit by the Telkom Regional II and Witel Banten teams also served as a moment for intensive dialog regarding the prospects for long-term cooperation between the two companies, particularly in the development of integrated digital services to support the growth of modern commercial areas.
The PKS signing process was carried out between Telkom and PT Bangun Laksana Persada, witnessed by representatives from each party. On that occasion, Telkom reaffirmed its commitment not only as a connectivity service provider but also as a strategic technology partner adaptable to various industry needs, including the property sector. EVP Telkom Regional II views this collaboration as a step that opens up broader integration opportunities between Telkom's digital solutions and the development of modern real estate areas.
EVP of Telkom Regional II, Edie Kurniawan, emphasized that TelkomGroup is committed to providing digital solutions that are adaptive, innovative, and oriented toward the needs of the modern property industry. He stressed that Telkom is not only acting as a connectivity provider, but also as a strategic partner in building an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem. "This collaboration is proof of Telkom's readiness to support the development of areas that require advanced and reliable digital services," he said.
Meanwhile, PT Bangun Laksana Persada positively welcomed the established cooperation, expressing hope that the collaboration with Telkom would also significantly add value to Luxima Bizhub and various future projects. This aligns with both companies' efforts to contribute to accelerating digital transformation in the business and property sectors.
Regarding this, the Director of PT Bangun Laksana Persada, David Kurniawan, expressed optimism about the established cooperation. He assessed that digital technology support is a key factor in the development of modern commercial areas, especially for providing the best experience for potential investors, customers, and tenants.
